Alpha Fund Bulgaria is targeting investors looking to make investments in excess· of 1 million Levs. Whilst there is no lock· in period, the expected length of investment is expected to be· in excess of 5 years. In this timescale we expect the funds investments to have shown significant capital growth and yields for their investors .

We are targeting acquiring assets· where we expect· a 10 % year on year capital growth to be achievable. With the current value· of many assets· within Bulgaria being so dramatically lower than similar assets· in other EU country· , this level· of growth· is very achievable .

Investors will receive· regular· updates as to the progress· of the fund· in terms of both yields and capital·growth· from the fund· managers . All investors' fees including legal· and tax planning will be· clearly set out with fixed charges in place· for the duration· for the fund· .
