Alpha Bulgaria Fund has been established to attract· foreign· direct· investment· into the Bulgarian economy . It has been listed as a Joint Stock Company trading on the Bulgarian Stock exchange.

As directors of Alpha Bulgaria Fund we have· considerable experience· and knowledge· of the Bulgarian Investment Market. We have· identified that the current economic downturn has created a climate· where it is possible· to acquire· valuable assets· at considerably less than their true· value· and so offer· excellent potential for capital· growth. We are looking to raise· at least € 50 million into the fund· over the next· year . Bulgaria has in recent years· attracted considerable FDI and the fund· is initially attracting investment· from the Far East , Central Asia and the Middle Eastern markets.
